WHAT THIS IS

Daily Bitcoin Block is a daily email and the web pages that go with it, published by Daily Bitcoin Block, an assumed name of Amble Dog LLC ("we"). Each morning it sends one card: a short piece of writing, one small thing to try, and a word. By subscribing you agree to these terms and to the Privacy page.

WHAT IT IS NOT

The paper is education and reflection. It is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, move, or custody bitcoin or anything else. It never states a price and never predicts one. Decisions about your money are yours, made on your own judgement or with an adviser you choose. We do not know your circumstances and the card is not written for them.

YOUR KEYS

The paper will never ask you to type, photograph, read aloud, or send a recovery phrase, private key, or wallet address, and never asks how much you hold. Treat any message that does as fraud, whatever name it carries.

THE SUBSCRIPTION

The first fourteen mornings are free and need no card. After that the paper keeps arriving. It has no price yet. If we set one, you will be told in the morning card at least thirty days before anything is charged, and nothing will be charged without your saying yes. Until then, nothing is owed.

You may unsubscribe at any time from the link in any email. We may stop publishing, or stop sending to an address that bounces or that we have reason to think is not the reader's, at any time.

YOUR SCRAPBOOK

Lines you write and sentences you clip are yours. You give us only the permission needed to store them and show them back to you. We do not publish, quote, or share them.

Do not write anything in a line that you would not want kept on a server: the card itself tells you which prompts belong on paper.

OUR WRITING

The cards, the pages, the engravings we commissioned or restored, and the name and seal of the paper are ours or used with permission. You may share a card with a friend, quote it with credit, and print it for yourself. Do not republish the run, sell it, or present it as your own.

NO WARRANTY

The paper is sent as it is. We do not promise that it will arrive every morning, that a link will work forever, or that any card is complete or free of error. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from reading it or acting on it, and in no case for more than you have paid us, which today is nothing.

THE LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are heard in its courts. If one line of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stand.

CHANGES

If these terms change in a way that matters, the morning card will say so before it takes effect, and the date at the top will move. Continuing to receive the paper after that date is agreement to the new terms.
